Juicy Burgers 3 lb Ground beef 2 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Garlic salt 2 ts Black pepper 6 tb onion minced 6 ea Monterrey Jack cheese slices 6 ea Hamburger buns split Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic salt & pepper in a large bowl then mix well. Form 12 very thin patties from beef. Each patty should be slightly larger than a slice of cheese. Cut each slice of cheese into 4 equal pieces. Stack cheese pieces. Sandwich 1 stack of cheese between 2 beef patties. Tightly pinch edges together to seal cheese within patties. Repeat with remaining cheese & patties. Pre-heat a cast-iron or other heavy bottomed skillet over med-heat. Cook burgers for 4-6 mins. until well browned. Turn burgers then prick each burger to allow steam to escape. Cook until browned on outside. Serve on hamburger buns with your choice of condiments
