Julian Casablancas has deployed yet another track from his upcoming album with the Voidz. As the Strokes News fan site points out, the singer has followed his 11-minute, electronics-infused “Human Sadness” with a new song called “Where No Eagles Fly.” Debuted on BBC Radio 6, the track sticks to a more reasonable run time (a manageable four minutes or so) and more closely resembles a Strokes song. That said, “Where No Eagles Fly” interrupts its slinking guitar-and-bass combination with washes of unsettling static, as Casablancas moves back and forth between his comfy crooning and throat-shredding yelps. “Where No Eagles Fly” can be found on the Tyranny LP (which is due out September 23 via Casablancas’ own Cult Records), but it can also be heard on the BBC Radio 6 — just skip to the 45:00 mark. — Kyle McGovern, SPIN - Julian Casablancas + The Voidz let loose with ‘Where No Eagles Fly’ -(Todos usando traductor Google en 3..2...1 )
