Julie Moore here. Wanted to say thank you to everyone who came to our first annual Tygh Valley fun weekend. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and had a good time, I know I did Lily and I realized there are a few things we can do better/differently next year and will work on tweaks to the event to improve it next time I wanted to mention that anyone who may be interested in the retriever side of the game and learning more about hunt tests join me over Memorial Day weekend for the Oregon Hunting Retriever Club 4 day hunt test on Sauvie Island. Ill be marshaling the Senior stakes and running Quiver and Ruby as test dogs both Friday and Monday. Master tests run all four days and Juniors run Sunday. Will be held at the Sauvie Island East Side training area on Reeder Beach road. Come past the Reeder Beach store and stop when you see the dog trucks ! Id love to have you come watch, the APLA land and water tests are run to AKC standard so you will be able to see what will be expected of you in September. Hope to see some of you there!
