July - I rode my BMW F800GS from Ulaanbaatar to Magadan and back to UB, across the Road of Bones [Kolyma Highway]. The history of the Road of Bones is sad. By some estimates, 20 million people were arrested and sent to the work camps in Siberia. Here is my humble dedication to the Women, Children and Men that died in the Dalstroy - NKVD GULAG System. Thank you for constructing the road so I could have the experience of a lifetime riding across Siberia. The first few seconds of the video were shaky - it quickly settles down.
