Assisting individuals w/traumatic brain injuries in their homes and communities with their daily living activities. HS diploma/GED required. Must have a valid NYS driver license and vehicle to take individuals on errands/appointments. HHA/PCA certification preferred but will train qualified individuals. Registered Nurse – PTPD to work with individuals in the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Program. Qualified candidate must have current NYS RN license. NYS driver license and reliable car.
