July 17, 2013 Dear Representative Barton, Dear Senator Cornyn, Dear Senator Cruz, As you know, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was passed in the middle of the night and without the support of the American people. I am calling on you as one of your constituents to stop this legislation by De-funding its implementation until the law can be repealed and replaced with legislation that benefits the citizens o f the United States of America. You were elected into office to represent the values and needs of those of us who live in your State and District. The passage of this legislation was an abdication of the oath lawmakers took when sworn into office and I hope you will do the right thing now and stop the law from being fully implemented and work to enact real reform to our heath care system based on free market principles, not government interference. Americans enjoy the best care system in the world and this legislation harms the very people it pretends to help. The so-called "Affordable Care Act" is a blow to the Constitution, notwithstanding Justice Roberts disgraceful decision. It is not good in any way for anyone! If the People are not protected from a corrupt Government, by those who represent the People and swear to do in their Oaths of Office, then there must be civil disobedience and refusal to follow unlawful Laws.
