July 21, 2013 Read: Psalm 119:33-37 Part #2 -Start and Focus to the End Start and Focus to the End: The psalmist seems to have the same vision as John’ so asks God “Teach me, O Lord, the way of Thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end. Give me under-standing, and I shall keep Thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart. Make me to go in the path of Thy commandments; for therein do I delight. Incline my heart unto Thy testimonies, and not to covetousness. Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in Thy way” (Psalm 119:33-37). Our natural and spiritual struggles seems to be enormous sometimes, But if we keep our focus and trust in our Creator we are well able to make it. This advice is for both Leaders and followers’ “Let us lay aside every weight which easily beset us and press on with patience towards our gold’ (Heb.12:1).
