July 2nd 2013 Energy Report Good Morning we are heading for another shift over the next 24 to 48 hours and it should bring another rush of release and relief. The energy of clarity and insight that we have had around us is very illuminating and inspiring, motivating and pushing us forward but it can also be tinged with sadness and regret. We are beginning to see the patterns of our life and for some this leads to endings and new beginnings, new ways but when we step into the new we often have to say goodbye to the old and sometimes this can leave us feeling a little empty and sad. Think of it a bit like when you break your arm and have it in plaster, when the plaster first comes off it feels weird and maybe a little exposed and vulnerable but you are arm is actually in a much better state. Recognise that melancholy for what it is a sign of moving on and then let it go. Also bear in mind that there is a lot of anxiety, negativity and fear going around the planet at the moment, I mentioned the synthetic energy that is being generated by some to keep us locked down in fear, remember this when you are suddenly hit with fear, anxiety and sadness, this usually comes out of nowhere and if unrecognised has the ability to floor us. Once aware though you can see it for what it is and release it from your system. Although going with the flow requires you to ride the waves, this does not mean that you don’t direct your life, you are not at the mercy of those waves, being thrashed around here and there, and you still have control and know the direction you are going. This is the distinction you need to make, we are navigating through a sea of energy, some universal, some generated amongst other people and some being generated to knock us off course, to limit our awareness through fear and confusion. All we have to do is recognise this and say NO, this is not my energy, this is not my fear, I do not permit this energy in my system and just visualise it leaving….this is not your stuff. Discernment requires that you take responsibility for your stuff only; everything else let it move on by. So the energy is still a little choppy but at the same time it is illuminating. Events and people that have puzzled you for some time suddenly become clear, maybe you have been lying or convincing yourself that a certain situation is ok, well now you are shown it for how it really is, this may force you to take a stand or stand in your power, which can be uncomfortable but do it we must. The time has come to take our heads out of the sand and truly see what we want and more importantly right now what we don’t want. Sometimes we have to be willing to stand strong and stand-alone if necessary, we are building our future, and do you want strong foundations or bendy shaky ones that change at the whim of another? Gosh I just got a big whoop of lion energy, strong bold and courageous, wow big strides forward are coming towards the end of the week, if pushed too far with outrageous demands and expectations of others then the lion will roar come the weekend.
