July 3, 2013 – Barbault’s Cyclical Index of War and Peace – Growth and Decay: This post is an addendum to Ganeau’s Index of Cyclic Equilibrium discussed yesterday. In summary, Claude Ganeau developed a method of determining periods on the earth that were positive or negative. Barbault’s Cyclical Index measures the smaller number of the 360* separation of the planet pairs – Jupiter through Pluto. The graph above reflects those measurements.
