July Day 4. (You may not like this) Mercy & Self discipline Moses was a very powerful prophet, chosen to take the Isrealite to the promise land...He never got there because of his anger. In Genesis 49 Reuben was cursed cos of indiscipline (he slept with his fathers wife, Simeon & Levi were also dealt with cos they were wicked & cruel. In 1st samuel 25 Nabal was blessed but died cos he was foolish, greedy & stingy. Michal (Sauls daughter married to David) became barren because she make jest & abused her husband (David the King) of dancing outside , Zacharias became dumb before he could have John cos hes a talkative (analytical). Please be disciplined, Joseph was a blessed child of covenant that had a great future ahead of him, and generations to salvage but had it been he was not disciplined enough to reject the canal offer from Potifhars wife, he would have remain a slave and never achieve his purpose in life. God Bless you but pls be disciplined it is the only tool that Jesus used again Satan when He was Tempted.
