July was the busiest, most roller coaster ride of my life: 2 weddings out of town, family members surgery, a funeral, in-laws coming in town to visit, a sick baby...and more, all in 30 days!!! I admit that it took a toll on me. I think I worked out once in July (not counting walks). I got sick and worn down. Gettin back to work-- for my family , for my body , and my business .
