Jump for JOY! Here are some cardio inspired jumping before Christmas! 1⃣ 4 Square Jump -jump side to side. Then add a frog jump from to back. Feel free to stay with one jump until you are comfortable to add on 2⃣ Straight Jump - increase the heart rate by adding arms overhead 3⃣ Pass Through with block - split jump and pass the block between legs. Switch legs each jump. Try each move for 20 sec. 1-3 sets! Merry Christmas!
