Jump rope was apart of the #newleaffitnesschallenge workout today. Here I taped myself doing doubleunders, an advanced jump rope movement that winds the ever living hell out of you!! If you have singles down pretty well, I highly suggest you start practicing these... Take your jumping rope to a whole new level! I love implementing these in between sets of my lifting routines. Good way to keep the heart up and fat burn high!!
