Jumping! Thats my topic for today! Although it seems like a basic thing to do, I still see improper form and technique going on. I want to help you be more aware of your body. I want to help you prevent injuries. A proper jump starts with with a proper squat. Make sure your body alignment t is correct to help you get off the ground and get height.
