June 17th 2013 Dwarves vs. Goblins By Liam Marc Berry Page 1 (of 7) 1. Medium shot. A small goblin like creature is climbing up a dark rocky surface; he has a small 3 foot height and skinny stature with a rough looking outfit and rusty iron armour tied together with small rope. The goblin has a pointy nose and ears and bright green ears. 2. Medium shot. From the front we see him lean over onto a ledge with a smile on his face. 3. Large shot. We now see that the goblin is looking at the grand entrance in the side of a dwarf kingdom, it has to Viking looking doors adorned with gold and two Viking looking dwarves wearing copper coloured armour and helmets and each holding axes. Goblin (excited) Found it, send the word to attack! Page 2 (of 7) 1. Medium shot. Inside the dwarves kingdom we are looking at three dwarves sitting around a table drinking from tankards and laughing. One has black hair, one has blond hair and the third has red hair. Blonde (amused) So then I brought down the axe and suddenly we had a headless troll! Red (amused) Honestly, I was there! 2. Medium shot. A loud noise causes all three to come to action and run towards a chest in the corner in the room. Sound Caption Hroooaaarrr!!! Black (shock) The iron horn! Quickly we’re under attack! 3. Medium shot. The blond dwarf in opening the large chest, all three have stern looks on their faces. 4. Medium shot. They are all now stood with various yet similar designs of dwarf armour that show signs of previous battle and axes that looks ceremonial in design yet still with great use. Red (determined) We have to get to the gate! Page 3 (of 7) 1. Medium shot. The three dwarves are running through a rocky tunnel lit by torches fixed to the side. 2. Medium shot. They enter from a side passage into a larger tunnel where a battle between the dwarf’s army and a goblin army is raging with the two grand looking doors in the distance being smashed open. Blonde (outrage) Damn the goblin scum!!! 3. Medium shot. The three dwarves join the fray cleaving down goblins as they go. There are dwarves and goblins fighting to the death all around them. 4. Medium shot. The red hared dwarf is cutting down another goblin while noticing a larger fat goblin with a scar down across a blind eye. Red (angry) There is the leader! If we kill them then the army is headless! Page 4 (of 7) 1. Medium shot. The three dwarves are charging through the battle with the red haired dwarf running out further ahead of the other two. The two behind look more cautious while the red haired dwarves is filled with a rage. Red (angry) Quickly my friends, we can end this now! Blonde (cautious) No I have seen this before, they are only the first wave, and we need to hold them back! Black (cautious) Don’t go too far ahead!!! 2. Medium shot. The blonde and black haired dwarves are bogged down with a large number of attacking goblins as they call to the third. Blonde (shouting) Come back! 3. Medium shot. The red haired dwarf is still charging towards the goblin leader, another goblin with a long staff is standing to the right of him. Red (angry) Die now filth!!! 4. Medium shot. The goblin with a staff trips over the red haired dwarf to the ground in front of the goblin leader who is smiling. Page 5 (of 7) 1. Medium shot. The goblin leader brings down his pick axe into the back of the red hared dwarf, killing him instantly. 2. Medium shot. The other two are screaming in a rage at the death of their friend and are fighting harder killing more zombies with axe swings. Black (angry) Curse you swine! Blonde (angry) Come brothers, if it is war they want then we shall give it to them!!! 3. Large shot. The two dwarves are now leading the army in a counter attack as every goblin in front of them is being brutally killed. The goblins are looking afraid at their second wind and determination to kill them. Blond (screaming) Charge!!! Page 6 (of 7) 1. Medium shot. The dwarves are nearly at the retreating goblin leader who is making his way towards the smashed doors. 2. Medium shot. The black haired dwarf is throwing his axe in the direction of the goblin leader’s back with a great visible force as he screams. There are now very few goblins left. Black (angry) No you don’t coward!!! 3. Medium shot. The axe hits the goblin leader’s back so hard that he is sent flying forward, his face showing great pain. 4. Medium shot. The black haired dwarf followed by the blond haired dwarf and the rest of their army are walking out of the doors and over the dead goblins; he is pulling his axe out of the back of the dead goblin leader. All of them look fierce and ready for battle. Black (angry) It appears you were right my friend, they were only fodder intended to give others time to get a foot hold. Blonde (angry) I hate being right all the time. Page 7 (of 7) 1. Large shot. Arriving on the back of dragons we see a gathering army of heavily armoured orcs ready to try and invade, all of them looking formidable. Orc Leader (shocked) We were supposed to have more time to prepare, stand ready!!! 2. Close up shot. The Blond and black haired dwarves are talking to each other with the dwarf army behind them, both have faint smiles on their faces. Black (amused) Well looks like the next drink will have to wait. Blonde (amused) Well at least we will have a few new stories! 3. Large shot. The dwarf army is charging straight into the arriving orc army who all look surprised at the ferocity. Blond (shouting) Come on lads, we got some green skins to kill!!! Text The End
