June 1st! Ready for the challenge? Here, we will help you and encourage you to run. First, ask yourself why am I doing this? What are the benefits of doing this? We encourage you to get a partner for those days that you need the extra support. There are many reasons why someone doesnt want to start running or doing exercise. For example, they have tried several times and could not lose weight. Another age old excuse is that Im too busy! Definitely a cop out. One will find the time for what is important to them. Make this your priority and you will reap the benefits . This challenge is easy and you need just 30 minutes a day from Monday to Friday. If you really want to challenge yourself, do a long distance run on Sunday. Get ready! Get rid of the junk food! Get comfortable shoes! Proteins, carbs and fats are essential to keep your body healthy and strong! We will start tomorrow.!!
