June 22nd GSL 1st Annual Just Making Dreams “JMD” Softball Extravaganza 3GG Location: Brookpark City Fields in Brookpark, Ohio (25mins from Cleveland) Coed: Competitive & Elite (Sunday if needed) Cost: $225 (Plus Sanction if needed) Teams will get 3 Men’s and 3 Women’s balls at check-in. Additional balls will be sold onsite Must Register your roster and sanction online by June 18th by 8pm With 8 teams Prizes as follows: 1st Place – Paid World Berth + $200 Cash 2nd Place – Paid State Berth + $100 Cash 3rd Place - $100 off GSL Coed States + One Dozen Balls (6 Men / 6 Women) All proceeds will help give a gift to a very deserving 7 year old that is facing his 7th Open Heart Surgery and 2nd Open Heart Surgery in just a few months. Brock will be undergoing this surgery June 7th. I had the pleasure of meeting this young boy while volunteering for the Young Athletes of Cleveland “YAC” a sister program to the Special Olympics MBB four years ago. I have yet to ever see this boy not have a smile on his face. He is truly an amazing boy who deserves ever bit of what we can do for him.
