June 24, 2014 AM; MIDNIGHT MANNA INSPIRED THOUGHTS by Moses Hightower “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:8-9) * The oppressor did not rob you, and his words were not removed from your mouth. He covered you in the shadow of his hand and hid you among those planted by the Lord in righteousness. He has removed the cup of trembling and placed it in the hand of those who attempt to afflict you. Shake yourself and arise from the dust of the dead. Life flows in you; therefore, awaken and loose yourself from the bands on your neck. Their hands cannot remain on you to subdue you for their own selfish cause. Shake yourself with the voice of praise and thanksgiving. Arise and carry good tidings that publish peace unto the people. Publish salvation and carry good tidings of good. God has hidden you in his word and in the cleft of his hand. The salvation of the Lord has manifested itself for you. Break forth into joy. Your Lord reigns. * God has given you an understanding of what the will of the Lord is. Trust in his arms and his salvation. He has brought his righteousness unto you. His salvation shall be forever, and his righteousness shall not be abolished. Do not fear the reproach of men, neither be afraid of their reviling. The moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool. Do not rise to defend yourself, but be confident that God is your strength. He will cut asunder the schemers and will render permanent wounds to those who subtly attempt to drive you away and speak to destroy your name. Place your total confidence in the Lord. He is the same God who dried up the sea. The sea before you shall be dried up by his breath, and a way shall be made for you to pass over. He has planned everlasting joy for your head. Gladness and joy are waiting in the distance. Sorrow and mourning shall retreat. * Many do not know what they have lost in the bundles of time that they squander each day. Their habits of squandering shall be their snares in the hour of God’s coming. Watch, for you do not know what hour that the Lord is coming. If the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Be ready, for in such an hour as you think not, the Son of man will come. He has spiritual news for you in the morning. Come and receive the kingdom news and cancel your entertainment before the voice of your own thoughts. Come and cast yourself before God, and the firstfruit of your strength, mind, soul, spirit, and heart shall be embraced by him as precious incense. He has given you the kingdom of God. It is his good pleasure to give it to you. Immerse yourself into a relationship with the King of the kingdom each morning, and no thief will approach you or corrupt your treasures. What are your treasures? Your heart will be buried where you have buried your treasure. How valuable is God unto you? * Blessed are those that are found watching when the Lord comes. Watch and pray so that you will be counted worthy to escape all the things that are coming upon the earth. Be ready, for he will come at an hour when you think not. Be fully aware of his presence. You have entered by the door. God opened the door and allowed you to hear his voice. He has called his sheep by name, and he will lead them out of this world. The stranger has diverted many and changed their direction for the morning. Behold the traffic of believers diverted through the side streets of confusion and wasted time. Go and direct them back to the main road of prayer where the voice of peace is heard. Jesus is your beloved, your rose of Sharon, and your lily for freshness. If he is your beloved, then seek him as the lily among the thorns of the morning. He is the apple tree among the trees of the wood. Come and sit down under his shadow with a delightful heart and his fruit shall be sweet to your taste. The thorny diversions offer painful regrets and empty plates at tables of distraction. Banners of bitterness are over the heads of the travelers that dine there. God has brought you to his banqueting house where his banner of love is over you. He has placed his left hand under your head and his right hand has embraced you. The flesh momentarily diverted you, but God has caused grace to bring you back to new heights of love.
