#JungHouston Carl Gustav Jungs Final Visions Jung had a vision of the end, in his deathbed vision in May of 1961. He was just a few days away from death but remained concerned about the world and its welfare, and told his daughter of a vision he had, which he asked her to relate to his student Marie-Louise von Franz. In a later vision he had in the presence of von Franz he said, “I see enormous stretches devastated, enormous stretches of the earth.
