Junior Graphic Designer JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: •Assist in the production of all TWF collateral materials, including annual reports, fundraising brochures, event programs, event marketing materials, advertisements, signage, promotional items, sales proposals and program recruitment materials. •Implement comprehensive graphics campaigns across a wide variety of applications. •Create original designs as needed, adhering to brand guidelines and a standard of high quality. •Edit designs based on feedback from internal and external clients all the way to final approval. •Participate in department brainstorm sessions to develop marketing and advertising concepts. •Coordinate print production; provide specs, obtain estimates and work with printers to ensure precise and innovative final products. •Coordinate TWF mailings; work with appropriate mailing houses to secure efficient, cost-effective delivery of all direct mail campaigns. •Oversee the development and maintenance of the TWF collaterals archive. •Organize and maintain the video and photo libraries; fulfill photo and video reproduction requests. •Assist in other duties as assigned.
