Junior HR Professional – Lilongwe Dealing withal questions arising in this area, Managing knowledge by disseminating and documenting know-how, experience and information, Further developing instruments and assisting in introducing innovation and change, Identifying relevant problems and issues and assisting in formulating implementation – oriented solutions Processes VISAs for both short and long term staff, Processes the payroll for national personnel, Assist with all other organisational and administrative processing stages e.g. monthly updates of entries in SAP HR application for national personnel, In consultation with the HR Management, updates information on employment conditions for national personnel (compensation system, salary groups etc) Assist in implementing policies for national personnel, Assist with formulating and updating a wide range of HR information materials (for new staff or for the employment manual), Assists with training materials (including producing materials or planning rooms for induction events for new staff) Performs other duties and tasks at the request of management University Degree in Business Administration(if possible with focus on HR Management) or comparable degree, Initial experience in this area, German language Very good working knowledge of ITC technologies, Basic knowledge of labour law, Basic knowledge of HR Management, initial work experience desirable, Strictly confidential handling of all HR issues, Willingness to up skill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management Interested candidates meeting the above requirements should submit their applications, with a one page cover letter demonstrating how they meet the above requirements, along with a detailed CV to The Head of Finance and Administration, GIZ, P O Box 31131, Lilongwe 3 email: [email protected] by 12th December
