Junior Receptionist & Administration – Bankstown Public Practice Chan & Naylor Bankstown is currently seeking a full-time Junior Receptionist to join our vibrant team. Working within a busy phone environment and delivering quality customer service to clients and colleagues, this role would suit someone who takes pride in their role. Preferably within an accounting practice. •MS Office Skills, Word, Outlook, Excel. Experience with MYOB Accountants Office and Corporate Compliance is not essential but will be highly regarded Key Responsibilities & Duties •Reception Duties – meeting and greeting clients, scanning, filing, data entry, answering and directing incoming calls, attending to incoming and outgoing mail •Providing general administration support to the Directors and accountants including scheduling meetings and diary management •Maintaining data bases of client information and documents •Preparation of client letters •Assisting with the administration of Business Activity Statements •Consistently monitoring and being on top of all ATO correspondence •ATO lodgements & ASIC corporate secretarial work •Daily banking, Use EFTPOS Machine to process Credit Card payments •Photocopying, collating and binding •Other duties as requested This is a permanent position with an ASAP start for the right person.
