Junior Sales and Marketing Executive is urgently needed to work for a known Real Estate Company. Responsibilities: • Assist sales and marketing manager in implementing processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales. • Generate new leads through online marketing activities. • Follow up sales leads from marketing activities. • Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers. • Development of company marketing and communications materials. • Procure and manage external sales & marketing agencies as required. • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods and results. Qualifications: Graduation Qualification: • Bachelor in any degree. • MS Office application – Advanced Level.
