Junior Technical Support Analyst Onstream Group - Basrah As a Junior Technical Support Analyst you will support the Clients Technical Support Managers in preparatory work for decision making and coordinating administrative works. Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities: - Ensures that the process related documents (requiring GM approval) are properly registered and archived. - Collaborates with external Technical Support department in order to expedite the approval process with respect to the expected time schedule and, when criticalities are identified, suggests alternative actions to Clients Technical support management. - Participating in the monitoring of specific key projects execution, verifies fit with the plan of operations and long term objectives and reports back to Technical Support Managers. - Assures content comprehension of documents in Iraqi language which are set up by Iraqi counterparts - Ensure the monitoring of the Clients procurement document and, approval by Clients - Collect data and archive documents - Keep track and monitor the correspondence with Iraqi counterparties which require Clients action - Carry out efficiency analysis with respect to budget and operating plans for the procurement process - Produces evaluations and studies as per the Technical Support Managers’ discretion. - Participates in the coordination of yearly, quarterly and monthly reports - Collaborates with relevant departments to ensure that technical investments are included according to forecast and budget - Manage department IT-system and collaborate with Clients ICT to update or develop new systems to enhance department capabilities and performance Skills -At least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Law -Work experience within oil and gas sector for at least five years and proven relevant job experience -Knowledge of Iraqi procurement procedures and regulations, within previous held position -Native in Arabic language and excellent knowledge of English Language both written and spoken -Having residence in or near Basra is a must -Fulltime availability
