Juniper Creek Murders Chapter 8 (Three Down): About an hour had passed since Melonie found AJ. The Sheriffs Office, FHP and FWC started enclosing the area. At this point, Sheriff Coffman divided all emergency and law enforcement into groups. The first group would follow the Juniper Creek Trail headed south... That particular team was Marcel Goodwin, Tom Gillian, Ray Morris and three other gentlemen... Tom took lead, with the others following... Tom had two Blood hounds and they were tracking AJs blood spots. The dogs were pulling Tom along rather quickly through the brush. It was storming and lightning had started popping all around. The visibility through the trail was poor at best. The team made their way and in less than twenty minutes they came to the bluffs. The dogs became really loud and started barking and yelping! Marcel cried out, Look! Look! Theres someone laying on the ground ahead! The men got closer. Tom yelled, Everybody stop! Its a body. Stay back, I will go over and check for a pulse. Ray and Marcel screamed, Look up there, tied to that tree! Oh my God, its a girl! What the hell happened here! Tom said again. Stay here! Calm down, just calm down. You guys relax! This is a crime scene. Tom walked over to Wil, very slowly. He reached down and felt Wil. He said, This kid is dead, hes been dead awhile. His body is stiff, very stiff. Marcel, you guys turn around. Take my dogs and get the Sheriff! Well, crap, call him on the radio. Tell him, we have two more dead teens. The call back didnt reach out, too deep in the woods.. Marcel and Ray ran back... The men made their way out. Boyd Coogle was there with his wife Marsha. Melonie was standing there still sobbing with family. Ray exclaimed. Sheriff, we found two more dead victims, looks like a boy and girl! Melonie cried out, Is it Wil and Angie or Cheryl? Who is it! Marcel replied, Maam, its a bright red headed girl and a dark haired boy. Both are teens. The girl looks bad Sheriff. Sheriff Coffman spoke,Listen up, I need everybody to calm down. Marcel, you and Ray get back down there and help secure the crime scene. I will have homicide take over in a few... Melonie, lets talk in private. The Sheriff took Melonie to his car... He asked her, What is Wils last name dear, and Cheryls and the other girls? Which one is brightly red headed? Mel answered, Angie Crabtree, Cheryl Tunes is a darker reddish brown and the guy is Wil Morris. Sheriff, I take it there was a party and they went missing? Mel, They were hunting Angie. She left after this guy, Lenny. Lenny, who? You mean to tell me we may have a suspect? Lenny Yates? said the Sheriff. Mel exclaimed, No Sheriff, not Yates. This guy is from Jay I think. He is tall and has a beard. I think his truck is a red Chevy.
