Jurors in the triple murder trial of David Chalue will continue deliberations today. The jury sent out only one note of importance on Tuesday, asking if they could have the discovery material that prosecution witness Jeffrey Cashman -- who testified Friday -- said Chalue had sent him along with a note, referred to as a kite in prison jargon. Judge C. Jeffrey Kinder denied the jury access to the 103 pages of documents because they were not in evidence.
