Jurupa Valley has lost its lawsuit to block a power-lines project sought by neighboring Riverside and Southern California Edison. The 10-mile, double-circuit, transmission line, substations, transmission towers and poles would be along the eastern Interstate 15 corridor. About half of the project would be built in Riverside and half in Jurupa Valley. What do you think of the ruling? Should Jurupa Valley keep trying to halt the project?
