Just In From China: Idle Mike Sonko Busy Taking Photos Of Anything In China! ****************************** ********* By Woi Boi Wu The bloated entourage of President Uhuru Kenyatta still touring China is proving more wasteful each day. It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words, but those being uploaded by the clueless Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko are only worth three words: Bring Sonko Home. The Nairobi Senator, known in senate circles as the lowest ranking senator in the house, has continued to send pictures back at home for every freakish thing he does. Lost in the modernity and official splendor of the land of a billion people, Sonko is bored, sonko is sleeping, sonko is yawning, sonko is posing to take a picture with anything new in China. A joke from China (how it arrived is baffling) is that Sonko is not spending in his hotel room at night. While Kidero and President Uhuru are tasked with getting Chinese businesses that can be done during the day, Sonko has been tasked to study China at night. Already, the quintessential holloi poloi of the yesteryear, who made whatever money he has on businesses not listed on London Stock Exchange, is alleged to have visited all the brothels and black-markets of Beijing. This is just a joke though. The low-ranking senator, albeit not blessed with much of the grey matter, as say his colleagues like Hassan Omar of Mombasa, knows how to embed himself ugly situations. Because of low self-esteem occasioned by being in an environment where people have specialized knowledge about something, Sonko’s basic common sense can only cover over-adornment of bling bling and aura of queerness which ensures he is not ignored. Sonko is hanging out in China with Uhuru and former Kamkunji MP bwana Mbugua! Nairobi voted for a joker. Woi Boi Wu is a Kenyan-born Chinese living in Makadara Nairobi!
