Just Reevaluated My Diet Plan For The Next 12 Months & Crying Over Some Of The Foods I Have To Sacrifice In Order To To Achieve My Fitness Model Physique. Not A Few Items But A Lot. Cheat Days Will Be Now Twice A Month Instead Of Every Sunday. Training Will Consist Of High Intensity Compound Routines. 5 Day Workouts. 2 Day Cardio Intensive.. Back To 18 Hour Fasting 6 Hour Eating Window For 3 Months Solid. Then Switch To 16 Hour Fast 8 Hour Eating Window For The Following 3 Months. Hitting Failure On Every Set In Every Routine. Even Cardio. Drinking No Caffeine At All For 6 Months. No Pre Workout Supplements With Arganine Or Caffeine.. No Chocolate At All For The Whole 12 Months. & All This To Strip Body Fat % To Hit Zero Digits Around 9 Max 4 Min. That Is Before My Body Is In A State Of Readiness To Build & Rip My Abs Chest Back Shoulders Arms.. But If I Want It I Must Fight To Get It. As The Saying Goes "No Pain No Gain" But I Have The Tenacity To Do It.. #WhenIDieItWillBeAsARippedMan
