Just Thinking! I think yesterday at the office was more of an idealistic exercise than a professional one. The assessment-report I wrote provided clear indices and facts that, it was through a set of innovative ideas that we were able to knock-down all challenges we faced and gave our esteemed clients, services that beat their expectation and not necessarily due to our professional skills. As a matter of principle, each time we get the job done, before the close of the day, I always ask myself what next. To be honest, yesterday I did. And the question I came up with was: should we now tailor our professional skills into innovative ideas OR should we tailor our innovative ideas into our professional-skills? It is my business opinion that, this very question is what 21st century CEOs and Board-chairpersons must answer. If you think you have what it takes, feel free to join the debate.
