Just Thinking: The difference between lukewarm and on-fire is ...repentance -- and that requires a raw surrender of the heart and life to God. Cant help but notice everything from circumstances, to the people in our path, to the words that come from someone else at just the right time, to the prayers of others, to the pull of the Spirit... seems geared to produce that repentance. Not only does this (and the power of it) give the unmistakable impression that God is really there, but that, as 2 Peter 3:9 says... He desires repentance as His main goal.
