Just a couple of days until our throw down at CF Leyland folks and Im going to need all names on the notice board ASAP of people interested in coming down and taking part or just coming along for the crack :) Also, the order for CFW kit will be put in next Friday 13th so if you can get the forms filled in and your payments made before then Id be very grateful. And finally, CrossFitWigan customised SGF speed ropes order will be going out next week, let me know if you would like one. Cheers people.
