Just a dog? Just a dog??????????? I think not. Yes, Dude may have walked on 4 paws, but just a dog??? Nope! Sorry guys.....a bit angry here. Just had an email from someone telling me to get over myself. Dude was NOT just a dog. He was my buddy, my boy, my pal, my baby, my world. He was smart, funny, a brat and loving. Yes, he was spoiled...but he never, ever took advantage. If I said the word Right, he knew something was about to happen. He knew we were going out. Id look at him and give him the list of places we were going, and by golly hed go right there without prompting from me. I would tie his leash up and hed lay there, patiently waiting, watching the door until I came out...without making a sound. If he saw me in the shop, his eyes would follow me and Id look at him and say I wont be long Sweetheart. He gave me loyalty, he gave me company, he brought me happiness, but mostly, he gave me unconditional love....and me right back to him. Some things I trained him to do...most...nope. He did it naturally. He was a wonderful boy, full of piss and vinegar (brattiness/cheekiness). He loved who HE loved and I respected that. The ones he didnt like, I made sure we steered clear of (only 3). Obviously, a person who tells you that....has never had a bond with an animal. Dude was NOT an animal...he was Dude....my baby. This person is now deleted and blocked. Idiot! Sorry guys....
