Just a few clips of my park workout this morning. Once again I wasnt prepared and my GoPro died. Started off with an incline press up doing 4 sets of 25. Moved on to chin ups 4 sets of 12 then plyometric jumps 4 sets of 15. After that I done clap press ups, single leg lunge with one foot on a bench, tricep dips on a bench and a plank. Ill make sure I start charging my GoPro at nights so I can upload my full workouts. Everyone has been cut short I think lol always good to mix your training up. Sometimes the gym scene gets a bit too much and its nice to get up early in the morning and train outdoors :)
