Just a few comments after today, which makes everything put in to AV Tri well worth while. and having such a huge turnout (26!!!) Was more than impressive What a fantastic day for AV Tri!! Someone thanked me at the end for providing them with constant directions - they just had to follow the shirts! Yes thanks Claire great day, thanks as well to jo, mr duffin and ken, great company on the way round. The hills were hard work but a feeling of achievement at the end. Im genuinely chuffed to bits. Without AV Tri I would never have done Derby Tri, this and signed up to the Outlaw 1/2 so thanks everyone :) Comment of the day goes to Susan Bedford, having cycled with Predator (John) for 8 hours, when getting to the Cooper Parry tent, asks whats ur name?? - which proves EXACTLY why AV Tri was set up, a group for people to train together, in a FRIENDLY arena where everyone gets on!!
