Just a few highlights from my last week in Haiti. More pictures and videos coming soon! What an amazing trip, God is blowing my mind and turning my life upside down! 7 or 8 years ago I wouldve never imagined doing this. God is changing lives... Mine especially! Im so thankful He never gave up on me even when I had given up on myself. What an amazing opportunity He has blessed me with. Being a disciple for Christ has got to be the most rewarding job out there. Rewarding should not confused as easy though. I dont think easy translates in Creole! everything here in Haiti is so hard. This is been one of the toughest things Ive ever done (and its about to get tougher) but at the end of each trip I reflect on the past few weeks and I see the outward progress our ministry is making and then I see the inward spiritual progress Im making and its confirmation that I am here for a reason. I constantly struggle with my own self worth and I have very little confidence in me. So Im pretty grateful Im learning to find my worth in Jesus now and my confidence comes because He lives in me. And I can do all things through Christ. He makes the impossible, possible!!! I was that impossible person for many years and now God is softening me up and preparing me to be the possible person he designed me to be! On the hard days I HAVE to cling to these truths or I will begin believing the lies satan continuously throws at me. Thank you Jesus for another wonderful month learning, growing, seeing old friends and making new ones Haiti. I cant wait to get back and get started on my project. God loves the people of Haiti just as much as he loves every other person in this world. We are no different that anyone you see in these pictures. We all deserve death, we were all given a opportunity to choose life. I thank you for Haiti Lord, thank you for humbling me through this experience. Thank you for bringing me here. Thank you for bringing friends Into my life that you knew I so desperately needed. Ill go anywhere with you cause I know you got my back!!! You always have!
