Just a few photos. My recently deceased brother David had taken into his home a Christmas Cactus our mother had for many years. Mom wasnt a real green thumb (and neither am I) but she did have a few plants in the house that managed to thrive despite it all. This Cactus has been with my brother since Mom passed away back in 2009 and after my brother passed on, I was worried it would die as there was no one to take care of it. So I brought it home and I hope I can keep Moms cactus alive for many years to come! It just started to bloom and Id like to dedicate this Post and photos to Mom because her Birthday is on the 28th of this month :) So this is a Birthday reminder of our Mom and my brother who nurtured this plant lovingly. I carry on its legacy! :) the eggs are from my hens. I just thought they were pretty.. a striking contrast to each other. ENJOY! :)
