Just a few things I felt compelled to send your way. My husband is a police officer and ex military of several years with several deployments. We both also grew up in the Sequoyah High District and know some of Chases friends. The new page for Chase brought us to do some digging of our own and I found a few things I believe may be useful or something to consider. First Chase was a member of AllTrails it is an app/website that has gps tracking and is used for mountain biking and hiking. I am not a member so I cannot see much but I found this interesting and thought it may provide information if you can access it. This site also shows that Chase had one follower and that he only followed one person as well and they happen to be the same person a HENRY PAINTER IV. Who may that be? And was this a known hobby? If so were there any places he loved or wanted to achieve? Also I noticed nothing on his previous units Facebook page that he is missing nor Fort Rileys page. I know my husband very much clings to the relationships with him comrades who he feels understand certain things and who he has seen as family for many years. I wouldnt be unheard of to go back to them. Have they been contacted? A commander? A platoon sgt? A team leader? Neighboring units on post? Flyers on base? It would be simple for him to live on base with someone married in an on base house. Another thing his AKO account. Is it still active does/did he use this email. It would be very hard for a civilian or family member to access but would be a way of communication for him thats secure. I also saw where Chase was using MySpace about a month before he went missing. MySpace is uncommon these days I think thats another avenue to try to get in and see convos etc he had made on there. In my opinion when the majority is using facebook what would draw you to use something dated and uncommon now? I know pictures have been produced with short hair, a beard, etc but There was a time when Chase pulled off the long hair quite well. What about his original hometown or birth place? Estranged relatives he might find it easy to go live with cause they arent accepted by the family?
