Just a friendly reminder to be at the south parking lot of the Oaks Mall at 4 a.m.. Hopefully the weather will cooperate with loading of the buses, but please keep in mind that the weather could add delays to the trip, so leaving at our scheduled time is of utmost priority. In the event that it is raining in the morning, please be patient as we will try to get everyone loaded with their respective items onto the buses as quickly as possible, in the safest manner possible. The buses should be lined up in order, so finding your bus should be an easy process. The area around the buses will be restricted to pedestrian use only, so bring an umbrella in the event that it is raining in the morning when you arrive at 4 a.m., as you may have to walk a short distance with luggage.
