Just a heads up.... As a licensed real estate broker I can not pay you a commission, kickbackor even give you a free jar of honey with a dollar bill inside as a form of payment. So sending me messages or trying to impose your candid ability to procure buyers(for cash).... Im not interested. Plus they have an agent. Nuff said. Better idea.... go pound rocks, bc you have a better shot of making money (that way) instead of piggy backing off of hard working investors/sellers/agents.
