Just a heads up folks ... I will not tolerate rude + judgmental comments here. Yes - my blog + FB page focuses on REAL FOOD ... but we are all on different food journeys and in different places in terms of what we eat. If I ask the question Whats for dessert tonight? and I happen to share that I made a smoothie for my family and may have had a bite of homemade frosting ... I will not tolerate comments attacking my food choices or my readers food choices. Not that it matters, but that frosting happened to be nutrient dense with no refined sugars. And yes, my family eats fruit. So what? If you enjoy a bowl of popcorn or a bowl of ice cream for dessert ... or a spoonful or peanut butter or a piece of a chocolate bar ... no judgements here. Lets spread LOVE and stop the food wars. That is all. Have a good night friends
