Just a heads up from a 5 year customer...more and more just terrible customer service; last Saturday ended my loyalty after being on the phone for 87 minutes...talking to various reps...been given misinformation about my internet service--twice--DISH will not honor what they said...ask for an address to write their administration...got an email address that one loyalty specialist said would got to their corporate office--he assured me that someone would get the notes and get back to me... I just received them back from some server that said they could not be delivered--sent them on Saturday evening: got them back today (Thursday)--yet more misinformation--actually, Ive been lied to--now for the fourth time. Really bad service: I switched to DISH 5 years ago because I hate Comcast--now DISH has sunk to their level. Really sad, but the customer service is just terrible. So, be aware and be warned--what the phone reps tell you is NOT how your account will be handled.
