Just a heads up to those of you who use Verizon Wireless and are interested in taking advantage of their trade in program. You might want to reconsider. We filled out all of the necessary information online to trade in our iPhone 4S 16GB phones after we purchased new iPhone 6s. Actually I filled out the forms well before we got our new phones and right after we pre-ordered them. While the whole program appears to not be a scam as I was beginning to think, it is fraught with problems. Ive spent time on the phone with Customer Service trying to sort it out and promises of return calls and e-mails never materialize. Today after spending 18 minutes on hold, I finally got to start speaking to someone when my call was suddenly disconnected.
