Just a heads up to yall; a fast talking salesman from energy direct visited my house today saying his company supplied DTE and was trying to get me to unwittingly cancel my service and contract with them by saying the current bill was wrong and he was there to correct the issue. I didnt sign up, but he completely miss-represented what his intentions were and was trying to scam me. Moral of the story, Energy Direct is not to be trusted on any level.
