Just a little food for thought this morning, The City Solicitor when asked told the mayor and the city council that the curfew law was tenuous at best and may not pass the hurdle of constitutionality! others more knowledgeable in the law than myself have been much more substantive in saying it is a bill of attainder not knowing I researched and found that to mean A LEGISLATIVE ACT THAT SINGLES OUT AN INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP FOR PUNISHMENT WITHOUT A TRIAL SUCH ACTS WERE REGARDED AS ODIOUS BY THE FRAMERS OF THE CONSTITUTION!! so apparently a law to prohibit racial profiling is undoable in the city council but at the behest of the mayor, Brandon Scott (Co Chair of the public safety committee) introduced an unconstitutional bill that was passed and signed by our mayor! they have held two Fool the people hearings with more to come.....I suggest you google the term and see for yourself!! they risk the lives and freedoms of our children for the sake of revenue that is DESPICABLE!
