Just a little vent: I had to go on post for an appt. I stopped at this gas station right before I entered post to pick up my husbands cigarettes. I always pull out my dependent ID. Its the only ID I use a majority of the time lol. Well the cashier offers me a free drink because of my ID. I said no thanks give it to a servicemember. The lady behinds me says shoot Ill take it. MY HUSBAND IS DEPLOYED AND I AM GOING THROUGH JUST AS MUCH AS HIM. I said something. I turned and said um no youre not. You have the freedom to leave post, live off post, go out and enjoy yourself. You been ahot at today? Or yesterday? She tells me she has to play mommy and daddy to their 2 yr old while he gets to be lazy and sleep in on weekends. Omg. Seriously? First, the pity card, I have 3 kids. So ahut it. Second, for what he does, he deserves to sleep in on the weekends. I really cant stand wives who think they arw entitled to everything. YOU ARE NOT.
