Just a memo to all you wannabe designers out there who think you know things? Please stop using Photoshop for every f*cking thing!!!! It is NOT page layout software, it is for photo manipulation. There are other programs out there, such as InDesign or Illustrator which do wonderful things, like, oh, page layout and logo design! When you create whole pages in Photoshop, and then flatten your text, not only does your text generally look like shit, but your page is 10 times larger than it needs to be. Oh, and if you want something to bleed, you have to SET IT FOR A BLEED. Putting your colors right to the edge looks great and all on the screen, but how am I supposed to cut that out so that it looks pretty without a little extra? I hate home designers. I swear I know more than half these idiots, and I never took a class on this like most of them claim to have done.
