Just a note about APRIA Healthcare; suppliers of C-pap machines - they have been a cluster fornicator since I first picked up my machine. First overbilling me and demanding that my insurance had denied the claim (well, yes thats true but it was because they billed it incorrectly but insisted I pay up) and then deciding I was due for a refund after Id paid for the machine and my insurance co. kicked in their portion of the nearly $800.00 - and then telling me I had to pay rent on the machine though Id paid for it, and now calling me everyday until I finally called them back to find out what else was a problem and them telling me that Id paid them $78.00 back in October, which they demanded I owed, *I see no record of such payment on my statement because I stopped paying them any money after they told me I now OWN the machine; naturally, I didnt think I owed any more money - that now I will receive a refund for a payment I have no record of. So WHY am I still being charged for equipment rental if Im getting a refund??? VERY frustrated with these stumbling idiots.
