Just a note, and to keep the context, there IS drug therapy for MS, one commonly prescribed drug called Tysabri kills many MS patients. That is one kind of "liberation". If you want to know the mind of a a cold dead hearted Nazi doctor, you can see a couple of Canadian versions in the video. Dr. Sandy McDonald treated 5 MS patients in Canada with angioplasty. 80% success rate! But that is not good enough for the Nazis.
