Just a note to those planning to take photos on Merdeka Day, the vehicle parade this year is limited to only Police and Military, so as a result the military vehicle contingent are out earlier than usual from their station at the Museum car park (normally they move out later because theres no space due to all the civilian vehicles and floats) so if you plan to take pictures of them moving out or moving near the Railway station keep this in mind. I arrived at 730am and vehicles were all lined up already
